Summary: Целта на инициативата е да се приложат получените знания и умения на учениците от профилираната паралелка по ИТ при разработка на реални ИТ проекти, с които да участват на национални и международни конференции, състезания и олимпиади. Обучението се извършва в извън учебно време на няколко етапа:
1. Обучение, включващо необходимите нови технологии в училище и Пловдивския университет(лекции, организирани от УчИМИ)
2. Разиграване на ролева игра "Софтуерна фирма" и сформиране на екипите за всеки проект
3. Самостоятелна разработка на проектите
4. Представяне и защите пред екипа на "Софтуерната фирма" и компетентна комисия
и участие в състезанията.

ENGLISH SUMMARY
The aim of this initiative is the application of students’ knowledge and skills gained in the specialized ICT classes to real ICT projects, including participation in national and international conferences and competitions. In the role game of the “software company”, every student covers a definite “role”, like manager, analyst, designer, programmer, etc. and each team develops a specific software product, covering all phases of the software development process – analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.
