Summary: EduPEOPLE project

EduPEOPLE project partners are two science centres: EXPERYMENT Science Centre from Gdynia, Poland and eXperimentLabbet from Kal-mar, Sweden.

EduPEOPLE Project aims raising active education awareness in the South Baltic region on cross-border level, especially among teachers. It will result with number of training occasions to promote science centres as a tool for operating within new education, and with dissemination of active education. Project also aims increasing children's and youth's interest in science and increasing status of science among local societies, which will result with the size of involvement in the festival of experiments. EduPEOPLE Project has also the purpose of activating teachers and working out together with them new model of education and disseminating of good active education practices by pilot methods and trainings, which will result with size of knowledge worked out and handed down. Intensifying intercultural dialogue and improving local societies involvement in people-to-people initiatives is also an important part of the eduPEOPLE project.
